    These courses were developed for professional photo organizers and photo managers, but may be suitable for others.

    Please read all the course information and watch the course preview video(s) before enrolling.

    • Professional Photo Organizers who want to learn a more accurate, thorough, and profitable digital organizing workflow.

    • Those wanting to learn to be professional photo organizers and work with digital photo and video collections. Some research may be necessary to learn some concepts and standard tasks.

    • Determined, computer savvy DIYers who want to organize their own digital collection. Some research may be necessary to learn some concepts and standard tasks.

    Enrollment Restrictions

    I have been informed that my course materials are being distributed illegally. Because of my need to protect my intellectual property and copyright, I must restrict enrollment in my courses.

    Anyone who violates any one of these restrictions will be un-enrolled. No refund will be given.

    • Enrollment is for individuals only, not groups or teams. But If you have a group or team of photo organizers, contact me and we'll figure something out.

    • Anyone who teaches digital photo and video organizing to Professional Photo Organizers / Photo Managers cannot enroll.

    • Anyone who wants to teach any of my methods/techniques in their courses for DIYers must contact me. We'll figure something out.

    • When enrolling, you must use your real name and include your business name, if you have one.

    When to Enroll

    Enrolling at the right time will enable you to get maximum value from your investment.

    • Ideally, enroll before you start a digital photo and video organizing project. To get maximum value from the workflow, files must be gathered in a way that preserves folder structure.

    • The courses include detailed, step-by-step instructions, and are designed so that you will learn as you organize a client's collection.

    Legacy Workflow Courses List and Prerequisites

    Each courses teaches a different aspects of organizing digital photo and video collections.

    Organizing tasks must be done in the order they are listed for the workflow to be effective.

    If tasks are done out of order, it may not be possible to follow instructions in subsequent courses.

    The Duplicate Cleaner Pro 5 Fundamentals course is designed to be a reference, and contains essential information you'll need to know when following instructions in the other courses.

    Required Equipment

    The Duplicate Cleaner Pro Fundamentals course includes more detailed information.

    • A Windows PC computer with Windows 10 or 11 operating system..

    • At least 16 GB RAM is recommended. It is possible (but slow) to use a PC with 8 GB RAM.

    • External drives for gathering files from different devices and cloud storage accounts.

    • External drives for working with gathered files. Most PCs do not have enough storage capacity to handle client files. Drives of different formats may be needed.

    Enrollment Duration, Course Updates, and Bundle Upgrades

    • Enrollment duration for each course is 365 days.

    • Most course material is in document form and PDFs can be downloaded for your personal use at any time.

    • Course videos are for demonstration purposes. The videos cannot be downloaded, but the PDF transcripts can be downloaded.

    • Course Updates - New Versions - will be available for a nominal fee to anyone who purchased a previous version.
